Each keepsake is created using pieces of the baby clothing, hospital blanket, or other meaningful fabric you provide.

Display
The finished hoop is lightweight and ready to hang or display on a shelf, dresser, nursery wall, or gallery wall.

Fabric Guide

Minimum Fabric Needed
Please send at least the equivalent of one newborn long-sleeve bodysuit.

You are welcome to send up to 4 meaningful pieces if you would like a variety of fabrics incorporated into your keepsake design.

Design Options

• Single Fabric Heart: one fabric used throughout the heart

• Patchwork Heart: up to four fabrics thoughtfully arranged throughout the design

If you send multiple fabrics, please include a note with placement or pattern preferences in your package. If no instructions are provided, I will thoughtfully arrange the fabrics to create a balanced, cohesive design.

Best Fabrics

Soft, lightweight fabrics work best, including:

• Baby bodysuits

• Sleepers and pajamas

• Cotton clothing

• Hospital blankets

• Receiving blankets

Small prints, meaningful details, and fabrics with visible patterns tend to show especially well within the heart design.

Before Sending Your Fabric

Because your fabric will be cut during the creation process, it cannot be returned to its original condition. Please only send items you feel comfortable transforming into your keepsake.

Each design is carefully planned before cutting. If there is a particular print, image, section, or detail you would especially like included, place a note inside your package and I will do my best to incorporate it.

Please send freshly washed fabric only. We cannot use heavily stained items, leather, sequins, vinyl, or bulky fabrics. Thick, bulky or textured fabrics cannot be embroidered cleanly and may affect the finished design.

Mailing Your Fabric

After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with our mailing address and complete mailing instructions.

Please mail your fabric within 3 weeks of placing your order. Orders may be subject to cancellation if fabrics are not received within this timeframe.

Please include in your package:

• Your name & email address

• Order number

• Any fabric placement or pattern preferences

Shipping Requirements

• Ship via USPS only

• Tracking is required

• Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping fabric to us

Order Timeline

Your estimated turnaround time is 2–6 weeks after your fabric is received.

Turnaround times may be longer during high-volume seasons, including Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, and the holiday season.

The production timeline begins once your fabric has arrived, not on the date the order is placed.

Care Instructions

This keepsake is intended for decorative display.

Spot clean only using a soft, slightly damp cloth. Gently dab the affected area as needed.

Do not soak, machine wash, scrub, or use harsh cleaning products.

Keep away from excess moisture and prolonged direct sunlight to help preserve the original fabric, embroidery, and hoop finish.

Handmade Details & Policies

Every keepsake is individually handcrafted using your sentimental fabric. Slight variations in fabric placement, pattern positioning, stitching, and appliqué are a natural part of the handmade process and make each piece unique.

Because the fabrics sent to us are often irreplaceable, USPS tracking is required when mailing your items. Serenity Stitch Co cannot assume responsibility for packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen while in transit to us.

Once your fabric has been received and production has begun, it cannot be returned in its original condition.

Due to the personalized nature of this keepsake, all sales are final once production begins.
