Front Text Personalization

The front appliqué text can be customized with up to 7 letters. Please note that font size will be reduced slightly for 5-7 letters.

Fabric Guide

Minimum fabric requirements:

• Up to 4 letters: One newborn long-sleeve sleeper

• 5-7 letters: Two newborn long-sleeve sleepers

You may choose a combination of fabrics to create your keepsake such as:

• One fabric for each letter

• Alternating fabrics throughout the design

Best Fabric Choices:

• Baby sleepers

• Baby bodysuits

• Cotton fabrics

• Hospital blankets

• Receiving blankets

Smaller prints and simple patterns typically create the most beautiful appliqué letters.

Your fabric will be carefully cut during the creation process and cannot be returned to its original form. Please only send items you feel comfortable transforming into your keepsake.

Every keepsake is individually designed before cutting. We thoughtfully position each appliqué to preserve the most meaningful details whenever possible. If there's a specific part of the fabric you'd like included, simply add a note inside your package and we'll do our best.

Please send freshly washed fabric only. We cannot use heavily stained items, leather, sequins, vinyl, or bulky fabrics. Thick, bulky or textured fabrics cannot be embroidered cleanly and may affect the finished design. If you are unsure about your fabric, please send us an email before ordering, we are happy to help.

Mailing Your Fabric

After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with our mailing address and complete mailing instructions.

Please mail your fabric within 3 weeks of placing your order. Orders may be subject to cancellation if fabrics are not received within this timeframe.

Please Include in your package:

• Your name & email address

• Order number

• If sending multiple items, include written instructions for fabric placement

Shipping Requirements

• Ship via USPS only

• Trackable shipping is required

• Customers are responsible for shipping costs

Order Timeline

Turnaround times are estimated 2-6 weeks after we receive your fabric. Timelines may extend during busy seasons such as Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, and the Holiday Season.

Care

Machine wash cold inside out on a gentle cycle. Hang dry or tumble dry low. Do not iron directly over embroidery

Serenity Stitch Co. is not responsible for items that are lost, damaged, or stolen during shipping. Because these items are often irreplaceable, we strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service.

All sales are final once production has begun.
